Opportunity for a Health & Safety practitioner who can also support HR initiatives.

This role is in South Auckland and is an opportunity to join a complex industrial organisation. The role will be 80% health & safety and 20% HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety incident investigations
• Compliance management
• Safety systems updates
• Coach leaders
• Hands on support 
• Develop and implement safety training
• Liaise with the people and Culture Manager to support on HR initiatives
• Managing risk profile plan
• Reporting

The role will be the champion of Health & Safety.

If you are tertiary qualified or have the relevant experience in a similar role , are an excellent multitasker and have experience across all areas of Health & Safety and can support on HR initiatives then we want to hear from you!
