About the role:
Lease portfolio management, debtor management & negotiations
Market vacant spaces, meet new tenants and conduct necessary due diligence
Transactions, rent reviews and renewals
OPEX and CAPEX, alongside Facilities Manager
Work with the projects team on new fitouts and other projects
Updating property schedules and weekly reporting
Tenant, contractor & landlord relationships and database management
To be considered you must have:
Minimum 3 years Commercial Property experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications
High standard of work, accuracy and efficiency
Knowledge of property legislation
Be able to hit the ground running
