Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 3+ year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Greenlane.

Hours for our role are part-time Monday to Thursday. 8.30am - 3.00pm or 7.00am - 2.30pm. Monday to Thursday (7 hour days). We can be flexible on start and finish times. Sorry definitely no working from home days.

If you have experience working in a fast paced office based customer services role we might just have the perfect role for you.

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders, answering customers queries via telephone calls and email.
  • Assisting with stock, pricing queries and returns
  • Supporting a Sales Manager and Accounts Managers by answering queries
  • Entering information into a CRM package
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinating with couriers
  • Engaging with 3PL 's and cold stores
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years customer service experience in an office based role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM skills
  • Must be systems savvy
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
