We are seeking an experienced and diligent Application Operation & Support Engineer to join our client’s team, focusing on the operation and support of a sophisticated IT system.

In this role, you will ensure the reliability and continuity of software applications, providing critical support to maintain system stability and performance.

Expertise & Experience:

• Proven experience in the operation and support of complex IT applications and systems.
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Experience with VMware and OpenShift .
• Experience with Firewalls
• Previous experience working within an ITIL framework , with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Your Personal Strengths:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary.

You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
