• Full time hours, 9am – 5.30am. Monday – Friday

Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to 0800 customer service lines
• Assisting customers with new policies, claims, and updating their details
• Acting as a liaison for any issues
• Maintaining files and assisting with credit control
• Occasional outbound service calls

Skills and Attributes required:

• Minimum 2-3 years call centre or customer service experience. Ideally would be in a processing-based role with claim, or application processes.
• Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive person who uses their initiative
• Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
