Breeders of Miniature (Little cattle) and Standard bred Highlands, Ruatiti is able to offer prospective and existing breeders genetic variation second to none as part of our contract breeder network.Situated in the central North Island of New Zealand, Ruatiti Highlands started like many (we suspect), with two animals purchased for a Birthday & Christmas present; followed by two more for Valentines’ Day! That was the beginning of Ruatiti Highland Cattle - and the end of our stud Simmental herd, 'Sunnydowns
