Moa beer comes from Marlborough (New Zealand), which is nice, because mostly Marlborough just makes wine, which is a bit boring, and it is brewed using traditional costly, inefficient and labour intensive techniques. Basically Moa beer is made the way beer used to be made, before everyone started making it differently.
