Francis has been offering healing at this centre for 15+ years. he has been trained as an Alexander Technique Teacher and since those early days has added more skills to his practice. Reflexology and acupressure as well as massage - deep tissue and lymphatic. A qualified Essene Healer, he has also qualified as a Reconnection practitioner and more recently Tesla Metamorphosis Practitioner. Both are new millennium Energy Healing methods. A session may incorporate physical as well as non-touch energy healing typically lasting up to an hour.
The Centre also has Graham Mead of Intuitive Wellbeing as a long standing essence for our Clinic.
Currently, We provide meditation, yoga, and Taichi in our large hall which is available for hire for evening ,day and weekend workshops.
