Review of Virtual Realty

I ordered a Purchase and sales agreement from them and paid $4.50 +GST for couriers fees.
Agreement eventually arrived 7 days later by snail mail and when I complained about the time taken and money supposed to be for couriers fees I was told if I wanted it sooner I should have ordered it earlier...
Rubbish service, no chance of a refund, unfriendly service (when and if they do respond to your questions)
