Absolutely disgusting service, be warned the engenious phones DO NOT work in a 5 k radius, unless there are no buildings or walls in between the phone and receptor.Your complaint may take over a year to address and your requests to speak to a manager will be denied.The training that we were promised did not eventuate as the trainer arrived but the equipment did not and further requests to have the system explained have not resulted in assistance.Wish we had never heard of this company!
