Review of Alu-Tech Vehicle & Marine Windows Ltd

Ordered windows and took 32 days to be produced. Paid $1800 for four windows of which were constructed with extremely poor workmanship. The frames were over bent by 2 degrees. One window was produced to the wrong dimensions given. Two windows had gaps because of over bending between fly screens and framing. Fly screens were not trimmed on all four windows. Because of over-bending the windows could not be locked. Upon contact was verbally abused and sworn at by the business owner, in the same conversation he blamed his employee. The business owner should have checked the product over before it was paid for in full and left the premises. Had sent e-mails after being verbally abused and have not had a reply.
