Review of Towsafe Towbars

This company in Christchurch has absolutely terrible service! They fitted a tow bar to my newish vw and did a very poor job with the wiring not to mention untidy and incorrectly done by "experts" I would never recomend them, when the car was taken back due to poor wiring and caused my battery to be drained causing an unreliable vehicle they were very unprofessional and there attitude stank. There was no apologies and tried to blame every other possible factor to try prove their innocence for a shit job. I could not believe that the manufactures instructions say the bypass unit used needs to have a permanent live feed from the battery and also states it should be fused with a 25amp fuse they just hot wired into another circuit. Next time I will just use another service company. If they disagree with me, I invite them to to prove them selfs to me to recover a first time customer. Regards
