Review of Maternity Direct

This company should not be allowed to trade. I have written a complaint to fair go and informed consumer affairs about them. I ordered something 6 January 2014, the money went out of my account the next day. They emailed to say they were out of stock and would email when they had sent it. 12 January Keryn emailed to say my order was dispatched. That was the end of the contact. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. My last ditched attempt was the threat to fair go etc, well, my goods turned up two days later. I would never ever trade with this useless, irresponsible company ever again. I wished I had read the numerous dreadful reviews before purchasing. Denise - Wellington
