Forte expressed an interest in managing a development. After investing a lot of time providing info to allow them to create a tender for the business, they cut off all contact. A tender was never received, they ignored all contact and did not have common decency to withdraw their interest or provide an explanation. A time wasting business I recommend you avoid.
