Review of Midas New Zealand Head Office

I had the worst experience at MIDAS Newtown!. was standing behind on parked car on Adelaide Road waiting to cross, this morning when I nearly got backed into by one of your Newtown branch employee this morning, if I hadn't moved and screamed he would have hit me with force. I was incredibly shaken, and instead of apologising and seeing if I was ok, he acted like it didn't happen. So I took his photograph for evidence and he tried to hide, obviously guilty and no commitment to putting things right. I then spoke to the Manager who was snide and offhand. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I have also noticed whenever it rains a lot of oil and what looks to be something corrosive from the rust stain gets discharged into the storm water from your site. If this is indictative of the qulaity of service you provide, I would not be interested in using or recommending you to anyone. Quite the opposite after this morning I will be recommending my friends to avoid MIDAS and tell others.
