most terrible customer service I ve ever experienced. had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter - while the TWO shop assistants (clearly seeing me) just kept casually talking to other customers (most likely friends - as i couldnt help but hear the chit-chat 'and how is he/she etc etc). Dont go there if you are wanting a quick dash to get something.
