Review of Omni Insurance Brokers

I trusted Matt Thorburn and Omni Insurance with all of my insurances from vehicle, contents, life and business.

Systemically Omni Insurance let me down and failed to complete processes when canceling one insurer for another costing me thousands of dollars ultimately.

Matt is a very good salesman and promises the world, behind the facade that Omni Insurance is a major player is what appears to be a lose, hand to mouth business in my opinion.

I would recommend APEX insurance, I wish I never moved from them in the first place, they are a great business to deal with.
