- Lead the Rural strategy of this region. Ensure the plan supports the image, profile and overall direction.
- Lead an effective team mentoring and guiding to successfully perform and improve profitability and delight the customer
- Support and implement targeted marketing campaigns, developing professional networks, referrals and a strong understanding of the competitor market.
- Provide thought leadership and work collaboratively with the wider national team.
- Effective communicator, warm and professional
- Presentation skills, networking, and development to a senior level.
- Experience and success at leading a sales team
- Finance industry experience – minimum 10 years.
