Key responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective solutions to AV requests, ensuring seamless operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events.
• Work in high-pressure environments, often in front of large audiences, with professionalism and confidence.
• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in AV technology and troubleshooting.
• Excellent people skills—confident, communicative, and calm under pressure.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience working in live event environments is a plus.
