Finance Administrator position starting ASAP
  • Temporary Finance Administrator position ASAP until Christmas
  • Small organisation, based in Wellington CBD
  • $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Fully office-based role
  • Part time hours – 25 – 30 hours a week
About the role:
  • Coding accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Executing payment runs via internet banking
  • Support the annual financial statement compilation
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Proven finance administration experience
  • Bonus if you’ve used GP (Great Planes) or Business Central but not essential
  • Good understanding of IT/systems and Excel  
Essentials for Our Roles:
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand is a must
  • Available ASAP or within 5 days’ notice
  • Clear Ministry of Justice record
