My client is a mid-size Insurance Brokerage, operating from Palmerston North and Masterton, and looking for a new Broker Support to join their team in Masterton.

You will be providing support to Brokers with the administration and management of client insurance portfolios. Including New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments (endorsements), Renewals.

What will you be doing?
  • Answer and re-direct all inbound calls to office
  • Monthly Payments – Provide quotes for monthly payments
  • End of Month Statements
  • Preparation of all client documents for Broker to send to client
  • Closings to Underwriters where applicable
