We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in the property or construction sector for a 6-month contract role based in Wellington CBD. This position offers full-time hours, with work-from-home options available once you are fully trained. The hourly rate for this contract role is between $70.00 - $80.00.
As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance projects.

As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with maintenance contractors to ensure deadlines are met
- Organising meetings, travel and other logistical requirements
- Tracking budgets and updating project spreadsheets
- Managing emails and providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years Project Coordination experience within the property/construction space (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite
- Able to work in a chaotic environment, and are resilient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive person who uses their initiative
- Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
