Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Roster Coordinator with a minimum of 3+ years' experience to join their friendly organisation and assist with coordinating all their rosters.   

If you have a friendly, professional, positive nature and have previous experience in a rostering role, with a "can do" attitude we might just have the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Administering rosters 
  • Working collaboratively with Managers and Team Leaders
  • Ensuing rosters are completed and available to staff in a timely manner
  • Cover planned and unplanned leave 
  • Undertake administration duties 
  • Keep staff details up to date along with shift preferences 
  • Liaise directly with staff regarding changes and updates to rosters
Qualifications and Skills required:
  • 3+ year's experience in an administration and rostering role 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel (to an intermediate level) 
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have an approachable and positive demeanor
