If you have a friendly, professional, positive nature and have previous experience in a Accounts Payable role, with a "can do" attitude we might just have the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing local and foreign currency payments
- Processing vendor invoices
- Accuracy between PO's and receipts
- Reconciliations of vendors statements
- Reconciling creditors and creating weekly, fortnighty and monthly payment runs
- Credit card and Accounts Payable Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end Accounts payable reporting
- Accounts receivable
- 3+ year's experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel (to an intermediate level)
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
