What will you be doing?
- Managing daily and weekly tasks, most of which will be recorded in spreadsheets and registers.
- Organising laptop delivery from Wellington for ‘New Starters’ and ‘Leavers.
- Management of access/swipe cards into the offices for all staff, ensuring groceries and kitchen supplies are ordered and maintained.
- Ordering birthday cakes and special occasion catering. Also catering for staff meeting and internal gatherings (ad-hoc).
- Health & Safety Register – updating weekly.
