We are on the look out for an experienced Office Coordinator for a 4 month assignment.  Would you like to join a professional corporate environment in a role which sees you managing all facets of office maintenance, catering requirements and office supplies.  If you love working on excel spreadsheets you’ll love this role!
What will you be doing?
  • Managing daily and weekly tasks, most of which will be recorded in spreadsheets and registers. 
  • Organising laptop delivery from Wellington for ‘New Starters’ and ‘Leavers.
  • Management of access/swipe cards into the offices for all staff, ensuring groceries and kitchen supplies are ordered and maintained.
  • Ordering birthday cakes and special occasion catering.  Also catering for staff meeting and internal gatherings (ad-hoc).
  • Health & Safety Register – updating weekly.
If you LOVE process, and enjoy being that ‘go to’ person, this will have strong appeal for you. You will need to have strong Excel skills, exposure to Sharepoint and can effectively organise and take initiative. We are seeking a confident, mature and proactive to hit the ground running in this role.  Great communication and general office skills needed.
