Role Overview:

  • Business and Systems Analysis:
    • Responsibilities: Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements, craft user stories, and ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce. Lead data migration efforts, develop user training, and provide technical documentation. Experience in telecommunications or managed services is a plus.
    • Skills Needed: Exceptional problem-solving, ownership, and accountability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within agile teams. Understanding of agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Salesforce Technical Solution:
    • Experience Required: 2-4 years as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role with a successful project track record.
    • Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, integration, and reports. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is essential. Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, PD1) are required; Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
    • Skills Needed: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations. Practical experience with VisualForce, Apex, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and Salesforce integrations. Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions and maximize ROI on the platform.
 
  • Key Accountabilities:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
    • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and integrations.
    • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop and deliver user training for successful Salesforce adoption.
    • Provide timely technical documentation and ensure maximum ROI on the Salesforce platform.
    • Handle other ad hoc tasks/projects as needed
