Job vacancy Quantity Surveyor - Interiors/Fitouts

One of NZ's leading main interior contractors has been responsible for completing some of the most prestigious interior fit out and refurbishment jobs for high profile corporates and smaller businesses from design through to full project delivery. This is a progressive contractor that is leading the way and offers a secure role within an enjoyable team working environment.

This contractor is now looking for a QS from at least Int/Senior level that ideally has experience gained from working on larger ($5M - $15M) interiors/fitout projects.

As an applicant, you have:

• 5 + years of QS experience from main contractor interiors and/or new build construction with a strong understanding of pricing and contract administration
• You have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have used pricing systems and possess strong local market knowledge of competitive pricing
• Highly analytical
• A team player

Salary $140K - $170K pending experience
