My client is a national service-based organisation with operations from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island.
As part of their ongoing growth an opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to oversee the regions operations, manage existing commercial clients, auditing delivery of services, Health and Safety and ensuring Sales are being driven across the region.
As a franchise business your role will also require you to manage and build relationships with Franchisees, organising training and supporting them to develop their business on behalf of the organisation. You will also have two direct reports to support client management and to drive new business.
Core responsibilities include:

• Recruiting new Franchisees
• Build and develop strong client relationship to ensure high quality delivery of services
• Health and Safety and compliance management where appropriate
• Manage the regional P+L and profitability
• Drive sales across the region

To be successful in this role it is essential you come from a service background, are driven with excellent people management and leadership skills. You will understand and be comfortable with Sales and driving business from existing and new clients.
Key skills required in the role are:

• Strong relationship management experience
• Leadership and management skills
• Commercial acumen including negotiation
• Understand operational and sales drivers
