Job Summary:
Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Auckland (Hybrid work style)
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist with computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Network Troubleshooting: Resolve LAN, WAN, and system-related problems.
- System Maintenance: Install, modify, and repair hardware/software.
- Security Management: Support information security and patch deployments.
- Account Management: Lead user account processes and manage backups.
- Asset Management: Provision, modify, and maintain IT equipment and resources.
- Customer Service: Provide support via phone, email, or in person.
- Documentation: Create training materials and diagnostic programs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft OS, cloud technologies, Linux, hypervisors, and storage solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage incidents effectively.
- Security: Understanding of information security principles.
