The Role
Reporting to the GM for NZ our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader with the ability to drive sales growth within the hydraulic connector industry. Technical capability and previous experience in this sector or similar.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a market leader, developing new business and working with the customer base to seek out future work.
Key experience for this role will include:
- The ability to develop new business opportunities and growth within existing and new customers.
- 75% of the role will be Auckland based with some work in the BOP and possibly top of the South Island.
- In your current role you may be working with the steel industry, construction, marine, agri and equipment.
- Pricing, quoting and negotiation
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and analysis of data
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, engineers, and procurement across target organisations.
- Understand the technical capability of the products
- Product demos and presentations
- Exceptional pre- and post-sales support
- Qualifications including B2B/B2C sales within the hydraulics and technical engineering industry.
