My client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team reporting to the Finance Manager. They are a manufacturing supplier to the building industry, who are extremely stable and have an amazing reputation in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing Accounts Payable invoices
• Creditor reconciliations
• Maintaining supplier records
• Assist with the Accounts Payable email inbox
• Maximise the use of MS Excel, SAP, and other systems.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:
High volume Accounts Payable experience
Experience using an ERP Account System ideally SAP
Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
Be reliable and well organised with high accuracy and attention to detail
Superb communication skills both written and oral
