YummyMummy Fitness offers premium fitness services to mums to be and mums who are looking to gain core strength and lose baby weight. Our valued fitness coaches are experienced in working with pregnant women and mums looking to shape up before and after birth. We offer a variety of exercise classes including Prenatal Fitness, Core Rebuild, Stroller Bootcamp, Mum’s a Knockout, Play!, Health & Beauty Workshops, Personal Training and Educational Coffee Group Talks. We cater to mums at all different levels of fitness. We analyse each woman’s personal needs and ensure each member is getting the most out of our fitness services.

Don’t have a babysitter for your baby/toddler? No worries! We have specific classes that you can bring your baby/toddler and over 5year olds along to. We aim

YummyMummy Fitness was created by Simone Rank, who gained 23 kgs during pregnancy and fully understands the challenges, required effort and triumph of losing baby weight. YummyMummy Fitness provides new mums a safe place to get their strength and energy back while getting out of the house, socialising with other mums and having a good time!
