Smell & Smile - New Zealand

Smell N Smile was appallingly bad.
I ordered sweet and sour pork to take away. Every piece of pork was burnt, and had a horrendous burnt taste. I could not be sure it even contained pork. The sauce was neither sweet nor sour; just thin, orange coloured and bland. The only vegetables were scant pieces of square-cut capsicum and small pineapple chunks - the kind you would expect on a really cheap supermarket pizza.
While they were nice enough to provide a small package of rice to go with, it had a small insect inside it, which too had been burned to a crisp. How they managed to allow a small, dead, blackened insect into a container of white fluffy rice is beyond me. And while it was fluffy, it was also quite tasteless.
When I attempted to call them afterwards to provide feedback, the lady who answered was unable to understand a word I was saying, and I gave up on her, frustrated.
Thankfully, I only wasted $13 on the ‘food’. I’m just trying now to wash the burnt taste from my mouth.
