Review of customer Service for ProCycles 27 Carnegie Rd Napier

I have now used ProCycles services a number of times over the past three years with mixed results. The customer care and service is very inconsistent and ranges from helpful and polite to rude and disinterested

On this latest occasion the Service Manager was indifferent and did not follow through with organising a part I had ordered. When I politely enquired, he left me with the impression that he couldn't’ be bothered and I was told he would get around to making my part at some point. He did not want to give me a time frame and left me feeling as though I was a nuisance for even asking. I have received similar service from this company in the past and have put it down to a bad day, but this shop seems to have a quite a few “bad days”.

ProCycles say that their mission statement is simple and sincere "To sell and provide quality products and services at competitive prices" Well they certainly need to revisit their mission statement and focus on quality service.

I like to support a local business, but if you are like me and work hard for your money and don’t want to be taken advantage of, then think twice about dealing with ProCycles in Napier.
