Hi there,
I bought a ceramic cook top on 2 October 2016. The card payment states "Elite Installations" as the vendor. It was at a "pop up" appliances sale on Moorehouse Ave, Christchurch. One of the elements is now no longer working. This should be dealt with under warranty. Can you kindly give me the appropriate directions so I can have it repaired or replaced - thank you.
